Membership Classes
As the entry point into membership at Shepherd of the Desert, our  membership classes will challenge participants to chart a course of personal spiritual growth, taking the next step forward in their life’s journey of knowing God more intimately.  The classes will provide an overview of basic Christian teachings for the purpose of applying those teachings to everyday living.  They will also help the new member discover his/her God-given talents and spiritual gifts and how to use those abilities to serve God by serving other people.  Each class will help the new member to understand who we are at Shepherd of the Desert, what we believe, and what we do to share God’s truth with others.  All three classes are a must for every new member.
