Care Ministers Meet the first Sunday of the month at 8:00am in room A101.

Additional Care Ministers Needed -  Our team of Care Ministers will hold its monthly meeting on Sunday, December 6at 8:00 a.m. in building A, room 101.

  Our congregation is arranged into smaller family groupings or Care Ministry groups, with a Care Minister (or two) assigned to each group. We are currently in need of a few more Care Ministers in order to be sure all of our church members are being served.  Are you interested? Care Ministers are people who have a heart for people and an interest in serving others in the name of Christ.  Specifically, Care Ministers help to extend the caring ministry of Jesus to all of our church members at Shepherd of the Desert.  One’s responsibilities include staying in contact with the members in his/her Care Ministry area, offering to pray for people’s needs.
